South Fulton Kroger, purchasing heart evacuated over bomb menace
SOUTH FULTON, Ga. – Police in South Fulton are investigating a bomb menace at a grocery that triggered the evacuation of a whole purchasing heart Tuesday evening.
Officers say that the menace was reported earlier than 8 p.m. on the Kroger on the 6000 block of Outdated Nationwide Freeway.
An assistant supervisor instructed officers that somebody came to visit their in-store walkie-talkie system and claimed there was a bomb inside the shop.
Police evacuated the Kroger and all different shops within the plaza whereas they investigated the menace.
After no less than an hour of investigation, K9 officers cleared the grocery retailer of any signal of explosive gadgets.
