Musical tributes and comedy abound at Purple Deer’s Memorial Centre this fall – Purple Deer Advocate


With pandemic closures hopefully behind us, Purple Deer’s Memorial Centre is getting ready for a full fall season — beginning with the ABBA tribute present and a comedy tour supporting a critical trigger.

Abra Cadabra, the quartet that’s opened for Bony M and Cool and the Gang is once more donning disco shirts and bell bottoms for the I Nonetheless Have Religion in You Tour, stopping on the Memorial Centre on Saturday, Sept. 17. ABBA followers will hear all of the hits, together with Mamma Mia, Dancing Queen, Take a Likelihood, Waterloo and Fernando, in addition to ABBA’s new music, I Nonetheless Have Religion In You.

On Sept. 24, The Laughter Saves Lives Comedy Present will takes the Memorial Centre stage in help of the Staff Alex suicide prevention group. The Australian Bee Gees, voted greatest tribute present in Las Vegas, are on Nov. 13, and Canada’s beloved slapstick comedian Ron James is again in Purple Deer for 2 exhibits on Nov. 25 and 26.
