The homeowners of the Swan Purchasing Centre, in Rathmines, have lodged planning permission to construct a lodge on the location.

The applying was lodged by Sawbridge, which is run by The Anderson household, which owns the centre, the Omniplex cinema chain alongside different properties. Lodged with Dublin Metropolis Council, the appliance would see a 111-bedroom lodge constructed on Rathmines Street Decrease and Castlewood Avenue extending to Castlewood Terrace.
