Marriage palace proprietor, supervisor booked for enjoying loud music

Proprietor and supervisor of a wedding palace have been booked for bursting crackers and taking part in loud music after permissible hours in New Bhai Randhir Singh Nagar.

The FIR has been lodged following the assertion of agriculture growth officer Pardeep Singh Tiwana, who resides close to Platinum Grand Palace.

The complainant alleged the workers of the wedding palace used to burst crackers outdoors the premises throughout features. Additionally they play loud music until late at evening.

Tiwana added that on Thursday evening, the accused have been taking part in loud music after permissible hours. He went to the wedding palace and requested them to modify off the music at 11.30 PM, however they didn’t cease the loudspeakers following which he filed a grievance towards the accused.

ASI Navkiran Singh, who’s investigating the case, mentioned that an FIR underneath sections 4 and 5 of Punjab Instrument Act has been lodged towards the proprietor and supervisor of the palace.

The police have already banned taking part in loud music and DJ between 10pm and 6 am. In line with the orders of the commissioner of police, loud music at evening disturbs aged individuals, individuals struggling some sickness in addition to animals and birds.
