JKCA golf equipment urge BCCI to convene common council assembly

As per an announcement issued, the assembly was attended by all of the members and was chaired by ML Nehru (Ex-Vice President of BCCI).

“The assembly was referred to as within the backdrop of the consecutive Judicial orders, Judgments handed by the Excessive Courtroom of J&Okay in varied writ Petitions filed by the JKCA Golf equipment in opposition to repeated failures of the Committee of Directors, and the CAA’s try and impede the adoption of the ‘Lodha Suggestions’ by the JKCA,” the assertion stated.
