Sylvester Stallone’s marriage has gotten rocky. That much was clear when the Daily Mail reported the actor has covered up a massive bicep tattoo of his wife, replacing it with an image of Butkus, the dog from Rocky. But Stallone’s publicist initially insisted no one should read into that, claiming he “intended to refresh the tattoo” of his wife but “the results were unsatisfactory,” so he “had to cover the original image.” Despite this excuse, Stallone’s wife, Jennifer Flavin, has now filed for divorce after 25 years of marriage — and in the filings, she reportedly accuses him of hiding marital assets. “I love my family,” Stallone said in a statement. “We are amicably and privately addressing these personal issues.” Stallone and Flavin, who married in 1997, have three children together. On the bright side, at least he didn’t go the Pete Davidson “getting your partner’s name branded on your skin” route.
