L’Oreal launches luxurious magnificence model Shihyo with Resort Shilla


L’Oreal North Asia has launched a luxurious magnificence label subbed Shihyo via third-party three way partnership Loshian, underneath the partnership with South Korean motels and duty-free retailers operator Resort Shilla and Anchor Fairness Companions.
