Graffiti artist awards artwork scholarships to college students with disabilities
Graffiti artist and instructor Tony Cruz awarded 10 artwork scholarships to college students with disabilities together with a free graffiti workshop on Saturday.
This was all in an effort to assist these college students who’re coping with despair and anxiousness.
Cruz confused the significance of reaching out to the children in want.
“Serving to the group out, doing goodwill, particularly with the scholars. Be sure they use artwork as a software for self expression, it is a part of my campaigns and I partnered right here with Bronx River Artwork Middle… to carry all this creativity to the group,” Cruz stated.
Cruz added concerning the significance of utilizing artwork as an influence software: To foster self-expression, self-enhancement and to make sense of life’s experiences.
