At the very least one lifeless after Broadway residence hearth

BROADWAY, Va. (WHSV) – At the very least one individual is lifeless after a house hearth outdoors of Broadway on Sunday.

Rockingham County Hearth Chief Jeremy Holloway confirmed that one individual was killed in a fireplace at a residence within the 3200 block of Deer Cabin Lane. Holloway mentioned that crews are persevering with to work to extinguish the blaze to allow them to safely enter the construction, however the hearth has been contained.

The construction is a complete loss.
