Singpass service resumes after taking place following launch of newest CDC vouchers


SINGAPORE: Singpass service has resumed after taking place for a lot of customers on Tuesday (Jan 3) following the launch of the newest tranche of Community Development Council (CDC) vouchers.

Many customers mentioned early Tuesday afternoon that they had been unable to log in to Singpass to say the CDC vouchers.

GovTech famous in a tweet at about 2.50pm that some customers might have encountered an error message when accessing digital companies with Singpass.

“We’re working to resolve the difficulty. Please attempt once more later. We apologise for the inconvenience precipitated and can present an replace when the service has resumed. Thanks,” GovTech mentioned.

An error message on the CDC vouchers web site learn: “Singpass is briefly unavailable. In case you are unable to say your vouchers, please attempt once more later.”

A message from GovTech posted on the Central Provident Fund Board’s (CPF Board) mentioned some customers might expertise difficulties accessing digital companies with Singpass.

The messages had been eliminated at about 3.40pm on Tuesday.

GovTech posted on its social media accounts at about 4pm that Singpass service has resumed.
