The opposition Congress and ruling BJP have began a confrontation following the deaths of 18 children in Uzbekistan after allegedly consuming an India-manufactured syrup, Doc-1 Max, ready by Noida-based Marion Biotech.
Taking to Twitter, Congress chief Jairam Ramesh mentioned ‘made in India’ cough syrups ‘appear to be lethal.’
“First it was the deaths of 70 youngsters in Gambia & now it’s that of 18 kids in Uzbekistan. Modi Sarkar should cease boasting about India being a pharmacy to the world & take the strictest motion,” the celebration basic secretary mentioned.

Reacting to his feedback, BJP’S data & Expertise Dept in-charge, Amit Malviya mentioned the loss of life of youngsters has nothing to do with cough syrup made in India. He alleged the opposition is blinded as a result of its hate for Modi and continues to deride India and its entrepreneurial spirit.
