The Jury members embrace artwork curator and historian Alka Pande (chair), Member of Parliament Shashi Tharoor, columnist Shobhaa De, author Kunal Basu and Director, Apeejay Surrendra Group, Oxford Bookstores, Priti Paul.

Pande attended the announcement at The Park resort, Parliament Road, commenting on the problem of adjudging the award given the extreme competiton, whereas Tharoor attended the occasion nearly, owing to a current harm, and mentioned, “I’ve been on the jury because the very begin. I’m so happy the Oxford e book cowl prize has grown in prominence. I hope you benefit from the longlist.”

Earlier winners of the prize embrace Maithili Doshi Aphale, for ‘Himalaya’, edited by Ruskin Bond and Namita Gokhale (Talking Tiger) and Gunjan Ahlawat for ‘Gun Island’ by Amitav Ghosh (Hamish Hamilton, an imprint of Penguin Random Home).
