PHUKET: Patong Municipality has introduced that the seaside street in Phuket’s primary resort city is to shut to visitors tomorrow (Dec 16) as the standard Patong Carnival returns with its famend parade, which has not been held in full scale since 2019 because of the COVID-19 restrictions.
