Veteran luxurious hotelier Christopher Hunsberger, who beforehand was president of resort operations for the Americas at 4 Seasons Lodges & Resorts, teamed with superstar chef and restaurant operator Charlie Palmer to create the resort model Appellation, which is designed to be progressive and culinary-forward, with lobbies that really feel extra like leisure areas and embrace kitchens and meals preparation on full show.
