Homeward Sure Canine Rescue hosts pet portrait raffle

ALBANY, N.Y. (NEWS10) — The Homeward Sure Canine Rescue of New York is raffling a pet portrait to at least one fortunate winner. The raffle will run till 6 p.m. on November 11, with proceeds from the fundraiser going to the canine of Homeward Sure.
