At roughly 1:50 p.m., Elyria hearth crews responded to a fireplace close to Lake Avenue and Parkview Court docket for a reported camper hearth that had unfold to an extra camper and residence instantly adjoining.

Upon arrival, two campers on the residence had been on hearth and nicely as flames popping out of the attic of the house on the 100 block of Lake Avenue.

The hearth within the dwelling was contained to the attic and second flooring. Injury evaluation from the hearth together with earlier situations of the house compelled Elyria metropolis officers to name for an emergency demolition of the house.
