Spring couple murdered: 2nd suspect, Erick Peralta, discovered responsible in execution-style killing of Jenny and Bao Lam in 2018

SPRING, Texas (KTRK) — A second suspect charged with capital homicide within the execution-style killing of a Spring couple was discovered responsible, based on sources.

Erick Peralta was on trial for the 2018 homicide of Jenny and Bao Lam. Almost 5 years in the past, the couple’s son made the ugly discovery and located his dad and mom tied up inside their residence and shot execution-style.

Peralta, Aakiel Kendrick and Khari Ty Kendrick have been caught after a tipster, who knew two of the suspects, noticed surveillance video of the trio breaking into the Lams’ gated neighborhood.

Officers consider the suspects waited for a chance to assault the couple.

Khari Kendrick was sentenced to life in prison in Might 2022 for his position within the murders. His brother, Aakiel Kendrick, is awaiting trial.

Peralta had beforehand made headlines when he managed to post his bond in 2021. However this was revoked when he tried contacting a witness earlier than his trial started.

As a result of this was not a demise penalty case, Peralta may even get life in jail with out parole.
