This season could come down to the Buffalo Bills

Fifteen country singers set out this NFL season to score bragging rights as the biggest pro football nerd on Music Row.

A month later, only four artists remain.

Let’s get into where things stand heading into week five of the Music City Survivor League.

Who’s out: Granger Smith, the “Backroad Song” artist who put his fate in the Detroit Lions to beat Gino Smith’s Seattle Seahawks. He came close to surviving another week, but the Lions lost despite scoring 45 points (because, duh, it’s the Lions).

Who’s undefeated: Lainey Wilson, still! This Louisiana native may not be merely one of the fastest-rising talents in Nashville – she could be one of the town’s slickest pro football pickers, as well. She’s four-for-four, scoring her latest win after the Arizona Cardinals topped Baker Mayfield’s Carolina Panthers.
