The Tippe household has set a date for a celebration of life for household patriarch – Maple Ridge nation music legend Elmer Tippe.
His son Rick Tippe and the remainder of the household will probably be welcoming folks to Burnett Church to reminisce about their father and share tales about his life.
Tippe died on the age of 89 on Wednesday, Sept. 7 at Ridge Meadows Hospital from problems from pneumonia.
He was born in Saskatchewan and was taking part in the banjo and fiddle on the age of eight in Alberta, earlier than shifting to British Columbia.
