Residents revel at West Rand Carnival

Folks got here from far and large to be entertained on the West Rand Carnival hosted on the Ruimsig Stadium from September 8 to 11.

The nice and cozy air, dusty grounds and aroma of deep-fried mini-doughnuts enhanced the carnival ambiance. Kids on the rides have been cheering and screaming, and stalls of varied styles and sizes have been scattered throughout the sector, with distributors encouraging passers-by to pattern their wares.

This four-day occasion aimed to entertain all ages by providing camel and mechanical bull rides, chip sticks, non-alcoholic and alcoholic slushies, biltong, burgers, bubble tea and a lot extra.

Nicholis Louw, Dirk van der Westhuizen and Eloff have been among the many artists who carried out on stage and stored the viewers entertained all through the occasion.
