Quincy Meals Truck & Music Competition coming Oct. 1, 2022

QUINCY – The town’s annual meals truck pageant will embrace performances by 10 bands and children performers and eats from greater than  20 eating places on wheels. 

The Quincy Meals Truck & Music Competition will happen from midday to six p.m. Saturday, Oct. 1, on Coddington Road. The annual occasion has “turn into an annual fall custom within the metropolis highlighting the native skills of musicians and cooks alike,” Mayor Thomas Koch mentioned in an announcement. “It’s an awesome afternoon full of numerous family-friendly leisure.”

Brendan Ryan will kick off the musical acts at midday, adopted by Craig Carter and the Hurricane at 1:05 p.m., Joe Bargar and the Soul Suppliers at 2:15 p.m., Via the Doorways at 3:05 p.m. and the Soiled Water Dance Band at 4:45 p.m.

Children leisure on the garden of the Thomas Crane Public Library will embrace Magician & Mentalist George at midday, Phillip Alexander Sing, Play, Develop at 1 p.m., Via Me to You Puppetry at 3 p.m.  and the Stacey Peasley Quartet at 4 p.m. The East Coast Cell Gaming Truck can be on-site from 1  to 3 p.m.

Meals vans embrace Ellie’s Treats, Lolly Jolly Waffles, Trolly Canines, Uncle Joe’s Cannoli, Loco Larry’s Tacos, Bon Me, Aahhh Roma, Blacks Creek BBQ, Montilio’s Pizza/Desserts, What’s Up Cupcake, South Shore Taco Man, Thyme Touring, Native Movement Rice Bowls, Rockin Burgers, Wanderlust, Whoopie Pie Truck, Lobster Love, Mother’s on the Go, Mamma Deb’s, Tacky Chicks, Away Café and Gonzalez & Sufra Mediterranean.

Beer and wine may be bought from the Hive Cell Bar.
