OAP grateful to good samaritan who purchased purchasing
A GRATEFUL pensioner desires to thank a very good samaritan who got here to her assist by paying for her purchasing.
The 86-year-old from Skelmorlie had been in Dwelling Bargains in Greenock on Wednesday and when she went to pay she forgot her PIN quantity and the machine would not settle for a contactless fee.
She mentioned: “I hadn’t been purchasing in Greenock for some time and I forgot my PIN.
“I used to be so embarrassed and I received confused and this girl stepped in and paid.
“I requested her for her title and handle so I may pay her again however she would not hear of it, it was so sort.
“I wish to thank her personally and reimburse her.”
The pensioner is asking for the woman to name her on 01475 521866.
