Garland Civic Theatre Presents ‘Carnival!’ |

Carnival! returns to the Garland Civic Theatre directed by Patty Granville with particular help from Buff Shurr — one of many Broadway manufacturing’s unique forged members. Granville and Shurr co-starred in Carnival! at its debut on the first efficiency by Garland Civic Theatre in 1981.
