Inarritu asks for Fellini’s safety in Venice – Life-style

Inarritu on Thursday introduced his newest movie on the Venice
Movie Competition admitting its debt to Federico Fellini and asking
the late Italian maestro to guard it.
The movie, Bardo (or False Chronicle of a Handful of Truths) is
an epic comedy starring Daniel Giménez Cacho as a Mexican
journalist and documentarian, within the Birdman director’s most
intensely autobiographical work but.
“Fellini is a patron saint, like Bunuel, Roy Anderson,
Jodorowsky,” mentioned the 59-year-old Mexico Metropolis-born director of
The Revenant.
“There isn’t a cineaste who has not been contaminated by Fellini, simply
