Bridgeport mom joins $25M class motion lawsuit in opposition to Legoland Theme Park


A Bridgeport mom has joined a $25 million class motion lawsuit in opposition to Legoland Theme Park in Goshen New York and Sesame Place in Philadelphia.

Breana Ramsey claims her 2-year-old daughter and 4-year-old nephew have been ignored by characters at Legoland in Goshen who as a substitute selected to work together with white youngsters close by. She posted an Instagram video of the incident on June 14.

The video reveals 2-year-old Raelynn within the foreground dancing by herself and James, Ramsey’s 4-year-old nephew.

“The worker bent all the way down to a white youngster within the video and tried to work together with the youngsters, omitted my daughter and my nephew. Went round to a different white youngster behind them and engaged with them,” she described.

“It’s totally unhappy to see. I used to be in disbelief. I needed to cease recording and I needed to name any person, and I used to be like, is that this regular? Is that this what you see at parks. I used to be so shocked.”

Ramsay says it is nonetheless exhausting for her to consider this type of “shameless overt racism is happening in opposition to youngsters.”
